Thank you for the mention. The world of Twitter offers so much for businesses… through connections. Developing those connections via Twitter or through other online tools is fundamentally the same as it is for old school phone or face-to-face contact. Like you mention, if you make your tweet spammy or fake or basically don’t add value, then you’ll not establish or grow your relationships. Just like an annoying telemarketer.
